How is participant data handled?+
UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in UK data centres under ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. We sign DPAs as standard and supply a pre-completed DPIA template for your records.
Does this hold up under judicial review?+
Our methodology meets the Gunning Principles — adequate time, sufficient information, conscientious consideration of responses, and consultation at a formative stage. Every campaign produces an audit log that documents reach, demographic spread, and response handling for legal challenge.
What does a typical engagement look like?+
A standard campaign runs 4–6 weeks. Week 1: instrument design and channel setup. Weeks 2–4: live consultation with weekly check-ins. Weeks 5–6: analysis, drafting, and final report delivery. Rapid-response campaigns (statutory deadlines, crisis comms) can compress to 10–14 days.
How do you reach the people we usually miss?+
We weight against ONS demographic baselines and actively re-target under-represented groups during the campaign — not after. Methods include offline capture (postal, in-person, community partners), translated instruments in 14 languages, and accessible formats compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA.
